Swimming by Mail es una mesa, testigo de un absurdo que nos deja ver la huella del cuerpo que la convirtió en paisaje. Al practicar incesantemente clases de natación por correo, la mesa deja de ser solamente un soporte o utensilio y se convierte en lugar, la acción de la artista insiste inútilmente en transmutar lo sólido en fluido, la madera en mar.

Swimming by Mail is a table, a witness to an absurdity that reveals the trace of the body that transformed it into a landscape. By endlessly taking swimming lessons by mail, the table ceases to be merely a support or an object of use and becomes a place. The artist’s action futilely insists on transmuting the solid into the fluid, wood into sea.
